15-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order information and photos showing the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you would like to return an eligible item because you changed your mind, please contact us within 15 days of delivery before sending the item back.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
