Welcome to Timeless Gift. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Timeless Gift (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Online Store
Timeless Gift offers physical gift products, including printed Christmas Gift Card Books and related products.
Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and other information are provided to help you understand the products before purchasing. Because of differences in screens, lighting, printing, and production, actual colors may vary slightly from those shown online.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information when necessary.
2. Gift Cards Are Not Included
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, gift cards, cash, money, and other items shown in product photographs or videos are for demonstration purposes only and are not included with your purchase.
Customers are responsible for purchasing and inserting their own gift cards into the Gift Card Book.
Please review the individual product listing carefully to understand exactly what is included with your order.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or fulfilled the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, inventory problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers available through our checkout.
5. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, particularly during the Christmas and holiday season.
6. Shipping and Delivery
After shipment, estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in this estimate.
Under normal circumstances, customers should therefore allow approximately 6–10 business days for processing and delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays caused by weather, holiday volume, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an address error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returned products generally must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized or custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization information, names, wording, spelling, and other custom details before submitting an order.
Once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel a personalized order.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the information provided, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or another solution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or production has begun.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
12. Product Availability
Products may be available in limited quantities and may become unavailable without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
If we are unable to fulfill an item you purchased, we may contact you regarding available options or issue an applicable refund.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The content made available through the Timeless Gift website, including our branding, product photographs, graphics, designs, text, and other original materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected content without authorization.
