Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Personalized or Custom Items
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the return address. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error or an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders that have already entered processing, production, or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.
